Shipping & Returns:

We currently ship within the United States only.

Every Fairy Whispers product is handcrafted with care.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Local Pickup
Live nearby? Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order at one of our markets or in Roswell, GA. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time and place.

Damaged Items
We pack every order with love, but if your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll happily send you a replacement.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our products. All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged.

Address & Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Fairy Whispers is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with USPS to help locate it.
